Looking for the photos you shot last March? Timeline to the rescue.

Timeline is a section of your homepage that you can choose to show to your visitors. When you're logged in, you'll be able to decide whether to show photos by date taken or by date uploaded.
You (or your visitors) can then browse through photos in a certain date range.
Something missing?
If you don't see timeline on your homepage, you'll find it hiding in your Control Panel.
If your visitors don't see timeline, but you do... check your SmugIsland settings.
If the date taken info doesn't look quite right or is missing entirely, it could be because:
- Your camera's clock was not set (it could say 1980, for example).
- You used the Save For Web feature in Photoshop. This strips your photos of camera details.
- You've uploaded scans, and your scanner did not embed the date they were scanned.
There should be a Date Uploaded for every image, though. This is the date you added it to SmugMug.
